That's right folks! Jake is now six years old. Hard to believe it, I know. And what an exceptional six year old he is. Jake loves to make things - lego creations, crafts, etc. He is reading up a storm. He can always make his little sister laugh. And he and Luke continue to be best buds. I love this little fella!
I must admit I didn't do the best job documenting the party. We stuck with a family party only this year. Grandma, Gramps, Grammy, Uncle Dan, and Soon-to-be-Aunt Jeannine were in attendance. Star Wars theme. Angel food cake, drizzled with chocolate was the cake of choice. Many cool presents were received. Happy times.

He wore his birthday hat from school all weekend. He and Luke admiring presents.

well, as one of your faithful readers, i have to say YIIPPPPPEEE! pics and updates. you all are beautiful as ever, and yes, miss layne is the cutest little girl ever. and um. who let jake be SIX? wasn't he born just a couple of weeks ago!?
anyway ... thinking of you often, and still holding out hope our paths cross again soon!
