This year my brother got married the Saturday before Halloween. With all of the wedding festivities we weren't sure how the kids were going to get in their trick-or-treating experience. Enter "Boo in the Zoo." Our local zoo has an event where kids can dress up and trick or treat through the zoo. Best yet it was held the weekend before Halloween. Hooray!

i am super behind on blog reading, but loved this trip through the johnston picture book! i think layne's two bottom teeth - so often seen in the pics - is th cutest thing i have ever seen!!
i love and miss your family ... i keep my fingers crossed that i will see you all before the kids graduate from college!!
